BENEFITS THAT OUTDOORTRAINING PROVIDES

With the transformative movement, we create a large amount of energy, which is reabsorbed towards our center and returned back to the outside. Generating joy, fun and well-being recycles our energy and revitalizes us. When we do a different activity, such as learning to ski, kitesurf, windsurf, or trekking to a mountain, at the end we feel euphoric and happy, for having achieved something that at first seemed difficult, impossible, or even lazy.  ;

In all the courses I give, I increasingly find more people over 50 years old, wanting to try, return to or learn new things. The opposite also happens to me: I find very young people with many difficulties with concentration, balance, laterality and great fears or insecurities. But without a doubt, I take great joy as a teacher when I see that everyone is able to overcome each and every one of the difficulties and in the end achieve the goal they have set for themselves.
