Introduction to Breathing techniques.


This course is a small introduction to start improving our breathing, it will help us become more aware of our breathing, we will learn very basic techniques that are used in anapanasatti or vipassana meditation. It will favor our meditation sessions as well as create an important base to practice more advanced breathing techniques.
